Network Administrator
The network administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day network operations on behalf of the clients, as well as assist with systems and network optimal design from a strategic perspective.
Responsibilities:
· Managing LAN/WAN/Wireless network devices. This includes the design, installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting of networks.
· Manage projects related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
· Manage security solutions, including but not limited to firewall, anti-virus, URL filtering, MDM, and intrusion detection systems.
· Establish and maintain standard system\OS upgrades for network infrastructure.
· Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
· Participate in on-call rotation including off-hours and weekends.
· Act as an escalation point for network issues from tier 1 and 2 support.
Qualifications:
· Experience with configuration of switches, routers, firewalls and wireless in a mixed hardware workspace.
· Network+
Qualifications Preferred:
Cisco CCNA certification, or recognized certification experience.
